I was so happy to find this studio when I moved to NJ. The classes are challenging but at the same time soft and restorative. The heat in the studio is my favorite! I love me a hot yoga sesh. The instructors are all so graceful and loving. If youre thinking of attending Serenity or trying yoga for the first time, do it. You will fall in love.

I love this studio - very clean, spacious, great classes are offered and the instructors always give you an amazing work out. I was always afraid to try hot yoga, but I gave it a shot and now Im in love. Try Chriss class - shes one of my favorites!!
