After hip replacement surgery, I chose Carroll PT after a personal recommendation. Mary was my therapist and I cannot say enough good things about her attention to detail, listening to my concerns, and adjusting my rehab accordingly. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is going to be a long one, so grab a snack! Going back to physical therapy was easily one of the best decisions that I made in 2023. The physical therapist that I ended up going to was Dan Tittamin or Bubba as everyone calls him. He was my physical therapist the last time that I went to physical therapy in 2020, so of course I went back to him because I had such a positive experience with him last time. I had always said that if I ever needed to go back to physical therapy, I would go back to Bubba, 1,000,000% without question. Its so difficult to put into words how amazing my experience was this time around, but Im going to try. Ill start with the physical aspect of physical therapy because it not only helped me physically, which is a given, but mentally as well. Every single session that I had with Bubba both challenged me and made me feel really good in the end. I used to have awful neck and back pain every day, but now I dont, thanks to him. Not to mention, he made it really fun. From throwing and catching footballs to doing wheelies in my wheelchair, there was never a dull moment with him, which is something I was never able to say the very first time I went to physical therapy as a child. He really made sure that I was feeling okay after every session and did his absolute best to help me with anything that I needed. Which brings me to my next point, how physical therapy was beneficial for my mental health. Bubba and I happened to go to the same schools at different times, but I wish I had known him in middle and high school. I wouldve loved to have been his friend. Hes the type of person who would bring out the best in you, want you to succeed, make you feel welcome, but also make you feel loved and appreciated. The past year was one of the most difficult times in my life, filled anxiety and other various mental as well as physical health struggles, but going to physical therapy with Bubba took my mind off of the constant war that was going on in my head. He was always making jokes and always making me laugh. Hes like the big brother I never had. Not to mention, he always goes above and beyond for his patients. He fixed my wheelchair brake for me, which I never expected a physical therapist to do. My friend is also a patient of his and she says that hes a rare physical therapist and I agree. I could go on and on about Carroll Physical Therapy and all the wonderful staff there. Z, Jason, Sara, Abby, Mike, Dan C, Dan S, Mary, etc, you have all contributed to making my experience at Carroll Physical Therapy such a positive one. I loved getting to know all of you. Youre all such special people and you really make a difference in each and every patients lives. Thank you, thank you, thank you Bubba, thank you Carroll Physical Therapy, for everything that you do.
