She provided clear information about my nutrition, and how to optimize my diet. I specifically wanted a one-on-one experience, and I'm so glad I chose to work with Tina. I cannot say enough good things about Tina. She is an amazingly knowledgeable nutritionist and chef. Not only is she full of ideas for healthy delicious recipes, shell also take the time to show you how to cook them (and will even make them for you if you want)! Whats more, her knowledge of disease-busting anti-inflammatory food/recipes is top notch. She will also talk about what you should and shouldnt be buying at the grocery store. If you are looking to revamp your diet to makeover your health, Tina is THE person to go to. Shes also super friendly and down to earth, making the entire process fun and enjoyable. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Tina is a very knowledgeable professional who takes the time to explain things and answer questions for you. When changing your lifestyle, it can be daunting and difficult; but Tina never made it seem impossible. She was thorough and supportive. I would recommend her for any of your dietary questions, changes, and needs. She was super helpful to me and in a relatable and practical way.
