I had the pleasure of dealing with Bernadette and her team at North Capital funding. Bernadette has amazing relationships with banks and lenders where she is able to push buttons and get things done. She was able to go above and beyond in helping me close a deal that took a lot of back and forth and ran about 4 months. Throughout that time she remained level headed and had by best interest in mind. She helped me greatly in getting to the closing table and locking the deal in. Im now working on my 3rd deal with Bernadette and the team and I know she will have no issues in helping me close the day!!!

Several weeks ago, I was extremely depressed and concerned about my financial liabilities. I just didn't know how I was going to get out from under. I had mounting debt in a HELOC as well as credit cards with exorbitant interest rates. I contacted Bernardita Lindsay at North Capital Funding and through my tears explained my situation. Ms. Lindsay calmed me down and told me she would be able to help. She did EVERYTHING she said she would. I am extremely grateful that she was the phone call I made and I know that thanks to her financial competence and experience I am able to bring all of my financial obligations under control.
