I don't normally write reviews although this florist deserves a review because of outstanding service!!!!!!
Ronna always answers the phone every call, that is exceptional service to start. She went over and above to make an arrangement for us which was beautiful. The service is like nothing I have ever experienced.
I will exclusively use this Florist that is how strongly I feel about the service and work.
Thank you to everyone who was involved at Denville Florist!

We had some miscommunication that delayed delivery and caused some confusion. Id suggest calling to confirm after placing an order online. Ultimately, they did make things right and seem like good people.

I call Denville Florist at least 4 times a year. The flowers are great and the staff is very accommodating!

Exceptional customer service last minute, needing an amazing, huge hydrangea, bouquet of blue and white for a baby shower in Denville, came through going out of their way to meet me, despite having another event going on! Exquisite flowers that made our event special! Thank you thank you thank you

Do not go here.
Shouldve trusted my gut stopped in on August 24th to ask some questions and order a bouquet for an elopement on September 3rd. The employee working called the owner Rana who took my order for me to pick up at 8am on the 3rd and asked me to text her my reference pictures. I followed up on the spot with a text that included date and time we agreed on my picking up and the reference pictures.
I arrived at the appointment time to pick up and no one was there. I texted and called to no answer. Kept calling and finally got an answer and Rana had CLEARLY forgotten my order and had no clue what I was talking about and made some excuse as to why they werent there. She came down and had a bouquet ready an hour later and it was hideous. Dead flowers and weeds. I wound up taking it apart and throwing out most of the items and making my own with fresh flowers from the local Kings.
Any local grocery store would do better than this place, dont waste your money here.
