        Made an appointment for a service on my kia as my check engine light had come on. I made an appointment as well (had to book 3 weeks in advance). It took them 5 days to give me the results of my diagnostic. And what were the results? New spark plugs. It took them five days to tell me I needed new spark plugs. The only reason Im giving any stars is for the woman in the service department who answered my calls and was very kind and patient with me while I was trying to figure out why the dealership had my car for so long to do a diagnostic. I really appreciated her help!
