Attorney Title Closing Services

Issue was resolved but with no help from ATS and Nowicki despite appeals for professional discretion and common sense on an obvious administrative error on a clouded title. Go direct to a title insurer - no need to use an agent, especially this one.

My concerns about ATS and Eric Nowicki are still pending, but until I resolve this, please proceed carefully if you must deal with this title company.

OMG - stay tuned. I can't believe what I am seeing and believing regarding the professionalism of ATC. For now, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt regarding using them for RE loan closings. Stay tuned.

They delayed the closing because they were unprepared. Their delay caused the buyers to delay planting. They lied to the seller and his attorney about sending a check overnight. They delayed paying the seller due to making a mistake on the HUD. They put the wrong address when sending out the sellers check which they could have wired into the bank account. I'm being generous giving them 2 stars just for actually succeeding in the closing
