Dons team is the best!!! Very professional, attentive, PROMPT and always made us feel comfortable along the process. He has been our go to expert for several years for all our needs; first and second mortgage, refinancing and even just to answer questions. For our second mortgage the seller was in a hurry to sell and wanted the team to wrap the process up in less than a month. With the attractive market and low interest we thought it was a tough deadline, but Dons team rose up to the challenge and we even had to give the seller an extension as they were not fully ready.
