I can honestly say, Victoria exceeded my expectations. She gave me her professional advice and honest feedback, guiding me through every step of selling my place fast and at listed price, as well as purchasing my new home, which I just love! She was quick to respond to all questions and she had my back throughout the whole process. Shes a great communicator, so sincere and also gave me great recommendations for an attorney, mortgage banker and inspector and so forth. With that said, Id highly recommend Victoria. Shes knowledgeable, kind and patient. Im so happy with my new place, I cant thank her enough!

I loved Victoria energy she works in the interest of her clients. Through low balI appraisals from the VA, to buyers not being senior about there offers, not to mention I can be a little demanding and my mom just stubborn! add very difficult buyers and their less than knowledgeable agent and you got stress. Victoria got us through all of that and out the other side, she alone believed we can get our worth on the house and we did. So I am glad and thankful I picked her and you should as well.

One word: A M A Z I N G!!!! It has TRULY been a rollercoaster ride in this home buying process but Victoria put us at ease. We were able to close last week which we didn't think was possible in the beginning! She was extremely nurturing, kind, understanding and helpful in this process. Victoria almost became like our therapist when times got tough. I always heard her words of encouragement that everything will be work out. Her calm demeanor helped to water the stress and chaotic feelings we were going through. I would 1,0000% recommend Victoria! She breaks down the home buying process from start to finish; she gives a listening ear and she genuinely cared for us. She will fight for you like she did for us. Victoria made our dream come true buying a new home that we didn't think we would be approved for. She is extremely resourceful and knowledgable; she also has a pocket of networks which helps for bank loans, inspection, lawyers, etc. I highly recommend her to anyone.
