Edit: 2 years after my review, I am still coming here because of the difficulty finding other providers. Absolutely NOTHING has changed. Every month I stress about not being able to fill my prescription because the employees and providers here don't seem to be very concerned. They do the absolute bare minimum. Mostly unhelpful staff, I understand being tired and not wanting to go to work, but most of my experience here has been spent trying to get in touch with an inattentive front desk and employees that sound like they would rather be doing anything else than talk to you

I am very happy to be back as a patient in this office. Dr. Bascara is awesome and the women at the front desk have been so helpful. They have all helped me to feel relief to get help with the things that are going on in my life right now. I had a great experience a few years ago and it feels comforting to be back.
