        I couldnt be happier at F45! The facility is clean. The trainers are friendly and make sure everyone is in proper form. I actually look forward to working out and Im never bored! I highly recommend to anyone at any fitness level.

        I have been to many gyms/bootcamps in this area so far this place is on my top favorites. It is very challenging, everyone is very encouraging , it's a different workout all the time,music is great, and best part yet everytime I'm always sore which I love, very clean and trainers are always pushing you and making sure your form is correct! Highly recommed! Only been coming for about a month but I already am seeing changes. woopwoop. thanks F45 cranford!
