From day one David and his crew were top notch. The crew was dependable and Ive never seen such complete clean-up every day. We dealt with some changes due to my supply choices and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Dave and his team refurbished my fireplace and bathroom. The work was somewhat tricky, but they did a great job, better than I even had hoped for. I highly recommend BIG. Dave is super responsive, shows up on time, solves problems, is clean / respectful in the house, and reasonably priced. As anyone who's looked for contractors in Hudson County knows, this can be challenging (impossible?) to find. Services: Painting, Remodeling, General repairs, Drywall repair

Dave was hired by my property manager to repair the roof and then sent to my unit to replace the sheetrock that suffered water damage. His team did a fabulous job! I then hired him to do a variety of work in my other unit as I prepared it for sale. I was impressed by their professionalism and skill. They did quality work and left the place clean and neat. We soon developed a trusting working relationship and I then hired Dave and his team to do a full renovation. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Ballan Improvement Group for any type of home improvement. He works especially well with a variety of projects, such as turning over a rental unit. (painting; plumbing; installing cabinets, light fixtures, electrical outlets, faucets, etc.)

Ballan improvement Group has helped us improve aspects of our home time and time again. We have had a variety of projects executed with them and 100% satisfied every time. The owner, David, is professional, personable, and reliable. He is easy to work with and offers suggestions on improvements to maximize efficiency and price. We just finished our largest project with BIG and couldnt be happier. I will continue to call BIG for all future home improvement projects. Five stars!
