        Not reliable!! ,I made a reservation for a reefer trailer for Monday, they said its definitely reserved for me on Monday, no need to come down, theyll send me an email for insurance etc. , but I never received the email, I called back she said it changed , we HOPE by Monday theres a trailer , theres nothing available right now They didnt even call me that its cancled. Tell me a business that promises HOPE after making a reservation and dont follow up !

        Im not a big Penske fan, but the service staff here has always been helpful and often have gone out of their way to keep me moving. Great people and nice facility. Still ranking this as one of the top Penske shops. Service here has gone out of their way to help me while other shops may tend to push the issues aside. Never happened here!
