Mariann Crincoli, Was me and My familys attorney for me to help with Plumsted TWP school district her and the rest of the team are amazing and they really care about your child and they helped me get into a new school because my old school was not good for me I would 100% recommend this Law Firm 10/10

Before we hired Mariann Crincoli, we spent years struggling unsuccessfully to get the child study team at our daughter's school to acknowledge how they were failing to meet her needs. After being referred to Mariann , we knew after the first conversation with her that she had the expertise to handle our matter. She understood our issues, and got our case moving forward quickly. She encouraged us to follow specific steps, and seek out the best medical professionals to test our daughter. Those test results brought to light diagnoses that were irrefutable . It was a matter of less than 9 months and Mariann managed to successfully negotiate our case with the school. She gave us the results we knew our daughter needed, but couldn't accomplish on our own. She has provided hope for a better future for our child, when we had just about given up. And that means everything to us as parents! SGW has been incredibly helpful and patient as my husband and I worked through estate planning and setting up a supplemental needs trust for our son. As one could imagine, thinking through who would be caring for you child financially and in the day-to-day when you are no longer able to is an emotional and challenging process. Considering all aspects is time-consuming and can feel daunting at times. Alex Hilsen was always available to answer our questions (and we had plenty!) and Alexis Downes was so patient and incredibly helpful with gentle reminders to keep me and my husband on task. It's easy to want to never deal with these complicated issues and SGW was supportive as we navigated the many questions that needed answering. The signing was thorough and all aspects of our documentation were reviewed at length. Upon completion we received all our documents in a flash drive and a very thorough dossier. The dossier contained things like a donor letter for any family that may want to leave assets to our son so he isn't excluded from any benefits, as well as other helpful documents and uts all in one convenient place. Overall we had a very positive experience with SGW and would definitely contact them again for other needs pertaining to our son's education or financial well-being.

We have a 19 year old severely autistic child who was not receiving a free and appropriate education within our district.
