Lothar is now the Worst!! Avoid this company! He will take your money and then never complete any one item and will keep starting new aspects of project while never completing any one fully. Constantly revises your contracts to increase price!! Leaves all items half complete and constantly insists on getting paid more and more monies ahead of any work done. Never has time to speak with his client to discuss their concerns and simply hangs up the phone on people rudely and unprofessionally and stomps off in a huff telling them he is busy and has no time. Constantly tells people to trust him hes been doing this for years with no concern as to what the client paying him truly wants. Constantly brags and tells tales of all his million dollar pools and projects he is also working on basically negating your project as beneath his other more important/ more expensive ones. We have paid over $180,000 in excess of 80% of our total pool project and he is refusing to come do any work as promised and fulfill contract until we pay more and in full ahead of work completed. After 10 months not one thing in our project is complete or functional. He uses mean, bullying, unprofessional, and often down right rude behaviors and tactics. 10 months later still no pool or anything on contract even completed. Our yard was torn up into an acre of mud and mess and left this way for winter now coming. Unsafe for us, our kids, grandchildren and dogs. If your want to have no say or input what so ever on your own property and project then use Lothar. He has some type of ego problem and just will not ever listen to anyone even when his own workers and subcontractors try to tell him the best and correct way to do things. Company won awards years ago but beware that ship has definitely sailed. Apparently the partnership with his brother fell apart and broke up a few years ago and his brother was the pool guy and had all the pool knowledge. Lothar plants trees and moves dirt around. Claims he knows pools but clearly lacks some very basic key knowledge. He promises things in initial plans and sales pitch and video he gives his clients as well as materials he promises in emails and texts but then fails to provide the same. Our yard is a dangerous mess. Lothar only shows up to take money but no time to talk. Definitely will not listen to his clients. Overcharges you the point of price gouging!!! Lots of lies and unfulfilled promises and agreements. Still never delivered all our equipment and materials we paid in full for. wont return and lots of lies and broken promises as to what would get done and timeframe when they would complete our work. Dont give them your money or believe any of Lothars tales and lies and fake sales pitch. Mean nasty man only wants more and more money no respect for people. Talks about bible and says he answers to a higher power. Laughable. He definitely does nit answer to his clients who pay him!! Total Nightmare!! Stay Away!!!!
