My husband signed a contract with this company, after a few conversations, for a CNA to assist me following spinal fusion surgery. The nursing assessment was completed and the nurse advised us that everything was fine. She even had one of our little dogs in her lap while she filled out the paperwork. My husband emailed Mona and her husband Vikas to request a certificate of insurance (COI) to verify if they have the necessary insurance coverage, which is required by law to operate a business. It also protects us in case of an accident or property damage by one of Zenith's employees! Mona called the night before the aide was scheduled to start to inform my husband that they were unable to provide service since we have dogs (2 toy schnauzers which are 6 lbs each) and that I am not using my back brace in the shower ! The brace is used only to get from point A to point B (per the doctors orders) AND ITS NOT WATERPROOF! Are you kidding me??? Neither of the these above issues are written out in their generic contract which was fully executed and returned to their office prior to the nurse's visit. My husband never received the proof of insurance he requested. He did receive a very unprofessional last minute cancellation from Mona with her pitiful excuses listed above. At the end of the day it worked out for the best, we are very happy with the new company that is helping me for the next few weeks until I begin rehab but felt it was necessary to post my experience with Zenith Home Care Agency.

Have been using Zenith for my mom for a number of years. Unlike previous experiences with large, bureaucratic agencies, Zenith's owner's are hands-on, accessible, responsive and caring. They are thoroughly professional and make finding, scheduling and managing home aides as smooth a process as possible. Highly recommend.

After learning about Zenith Home Care from A Place for Mom, we were immediately impressed by how attentive and responsive the team at Zenith was to identify the right caregiver for my dads needs going through hospice at home. The initial caregiver provided did not meet his physical requirements and the team stepped up to identify another suitable caregiver to match our very specific and timely requests. Ultimately we had a great match that helped keep my dad cared for and comfortable. We are grateful for Zenith for their support and services.

When one has to make a quick decision for a parent on researching home healthcare it can be a very stressful situation. After speaking with a few Home Heath Care companies the decision to go forward with Zenith was a no brainer. Mona was very professional and immediately reassured me while speaking with her my choice would be made. The personnel touch she demonstrated and her detailed explanation of how all would be handled was spot on.We had one day to get my mother home and Mona arranged for a nurse and a home healthcare aid to meet my mother at the rehab and assist her in all ways., in transition to home. She assured me the home health care person comes highly recommended and again she was spot on with her description. She sent us a lady named Vida who we were immediately impressed with due to her personality and smile. Even my 92 year old mom who can be sometimes tough, raved about Vida. A great experience we had with her....very friendly and trustworthy. In conclusion we would recommend Zenith Home Care, who can be trusted and passionate, as well as extremely professional. I will be forever grateful to Zenith Home Care Agency for the excellent, professional and kind aid that helped support me in taking care of my mother during her rapid, complicated health decline and final days. In less than 24 hours after I contacted Mona on a Friday evening after 5pm, she was able to provide me with aides. She then worked hard to find good matches of personality for my independent-spirited mom for 12 hour shifts and eventually with a live-in situation. These women, true gems, made it possible for me to keep my mother in her own home until her end. Beyond their skills, the grace, compassion, generosity, patience and good humor they employed brightened my mother's final days, and that extended to how they worked and cared for me. It is with much gratitude to Mona, Vikas and the team they created for us that I write this review.
