The initial installation went very well but the customer service is horrible. They have more than 5 numbers and no one answers. I’m starting to believe this is some kind of scam.

The purification system is sooo much better than the water softeners we have had in the past. The water is soft and tastes great! We are so glad we switched!

I’ve had their water system installed less than a year ago. An error message keeps showing up on the machine. My husband and I have called them numerous times for them to fix it. They don’t answer the phone and they’ve been extremely unhelpful. The water in my house is super salty. We’ve been buying bottled water to drink, cook, and wash with. I do not recommend this company. Don’t trust Bill. He’s a conman. Now I have to find another company and spend more money on another water treatment system. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

My family and I moved upstate from the city and we aren’t use to well water. My children are accustomed to drinking tap water. So my husband and I knew that we needed to find an alternative and quick. The gentleman from purasoft came and did an entire testing and water experiment. From my water and Poland spring bottled water, to his purasoft water. It taste better than Poland. I get the filtered water throughout my entire home. The well water was drying out my children’s skin and now their skin isn’t dry or ruff anymore. I don’t use as much detergent also to wash clothing and my clothing come out super clean and smelling extra fresh. Everyone who has come to my home have asked about purasoft because the water taste soo good. I would highly recommend this system. It’s worth it.
