    Honestly if youre a minority and you choose to work here, dont say I didnt warn you. They have no clue of diversity in this company. And dont go in thinking you can be a savior. You will place a target on your back for a hard road or termination. Change is not welcomed.

    No customer service. Told me my homeowners insurance policy carrier would cancel me if I did not get rid of my trampoline....in a copy and paste email from the insurance carrier. Then after I pressed for a different insurance i was only offered one alternative with a different carrier for more than DOUBLE the cost of my current policy. I reccomend you look elsewhere for a homeowners insurance policy.

    Terrible experience: avoid if you are able. None of the agents answer their phones. I've been trying to reach your agent Lauren DiMaggio since August, as have Chubb customer service representatives. Your agent isn't responding to either customers or the companies you represent. I left a message today for Audrey Worszylo, your client services manager, with no result. At stake is my house insurance. The situation is a minor one of changing the address of the mortgage company which took over my mortgage. But your company can't even manage to complete a mortgage company address change?! In 2 days, I'm threatened with losing my insurance coverage because your agent doesn't return calls or answer the phone. I expect a call today as I've been waiting for four months.

Hi Patrick, sorry you've had this experience. We do have a person answering our phones but sometimes calls to go into voicemail. Our agency does have a strict policy about calls being returned within 24 hours. Please call us at 1-800-333-3690 or email us at [email protected]. Your business really is very important to us.
