RE/MAX at Home

Finally got a few minutes to post this review. Our agent was awesome! Christine Haines not only was our listing agent she was also our buying agent. She always communicated with us in a timely manner and was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend her!

Can't trust them. Their agent said our offer was accepted. Then they came back and said it was outbid. Either they are playing us dirty or they are incompetent. How are we to trust them? They could be playing us against ourselves, to put in a higher bid against a ghost offer. Or, they said accepted when they should have known more bids would be coming in. Either way it's bad business. Deal with them at your own risk.

I do not want to give Remax a bad review as a Company . However, I just closed on the sale of our house on April 14th 2022 in Browns Mills ( Country Lakes) NJ. And Unfortunately for us it was a stressful and terrible experience with our agent Cindy Hudson Benson. If I could have given no stars I would have. There was a serious lack of support and caring especially since she was well aware that We never sold a home before. We lived in our house 34 years. We felt that alot was put on us to do , so much was not explained with out me having to question her a lot how things work and what it meant . I had to ask her that to often .We felt very rushed and it seemed we didnt have alot of say about much at all. I could say more ,, but I end this by saying that we feel that she definitely is not in the business for the right reasons. She needs much more experience and needs to be more informed . And not so harsh as she comes across as being at times . I just feel others need to know so they dont go through what we did. We were just thankful that the market is as good as it is right now for sellers .

Cindy Benson was a pleasure to work. She was always prepared and knowledgable about the properties we looked at which were over 30 homes to find the perfect home. If she didn't know the answer she got it quickly for us. She made herself available to show us homes and was always very professional. We are so glad we choose to work with her as our real estate agent and will recommend her to all our family and friends looking to make a change with their address.

Cindy Benson from RE/MAX at Home played a key role in my acquisition of an investment property that I plan to rehab and flip quickly. Time was of-the-essence and we had to act fast in getting our offer in. Cindy was on top of it every step of the way. I highly recommend her and I will definitely use her services again.
