Valerie helped guide us through the entire process and found our dream home! Prior to listing our condo Valerie educated us on the entire process and current trends. Valerie Belardo is an amazing realtor and is a wealth of knowledge and experience. Shortly after listing my house, I ran into some complications. I live out of state which further complicated matters. She handled everything from inspections and testing to communication with all parties, in a timely & professional manner. Valerie Belardo is an exceptional realtor. When we started searching for our new home, a close friend recommended contacting Valerie, and we are so glad we did! Valerie is an experienced agent. She took us through the home buying process step by step and answered all of our questions. Valerie made herself available on weekends to set showings up for us to accommodate our work schedules.
