However, I was further impressed by his drive, his tenacity, and his ability to bounce back from any obstacle that arose! Im incredibly pleased with the service I received from Michael Carney for my home purchase. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Mike was professional. He was highly knowledgeable about market. At each step of process Mike worked with commitment and guiding me in the process. Mike negotiation skills are awesome, Mike has great negotiation skills which helped both seller and buyer to have smooth process. I came to a open house and the way Mike responded attracted me , but the Mike explained the pros and cons of the house which helped me in putting the valuable offer even in the tough market. After putting the offer with Mike I saw a different level of commitment from him which helped me to speed up the process. Addition to house he also helped me in selecting the lender and Attorney , they were also awesome, finally I felt he has great team which made my purchase hassle free. He spoke to my Lender and checked the benefits and raised concerns about how soon the process can be completed and also followed up with them if there are any pending tasks at the time of loan processing. As a Indian I had lot of concerns about timings to Sign the Sale deed. BIG THANKS to MIKE as he adjusted the timings based on my requirement that too on DATE and TIME as well.
