        Efrain is a true professional in his craft. From the start, it was raining and he offered his own umbrella for my girlfriend and agent. Despite the rain I never felt like he was rushing at all. Throughout the whole process he took his time, took a systematic approach, and really gave detailed thoughts on what he was inspecting. By my nature I asked a ton of questions and he never made me feel annoying or anything close to it. At the end I feel like he did a phenomenal job and passed my expectations
