Paul and Michelle provided excellent, prompt, courteous service for me when my basement windows needed to be replaced. I reached out to PFM Glass to tackle an unusual request - Cutting a circle into a glass window for an electronic cat door and removing the existing window in my basement. From the beginning, they were open to this small job and were willing to work with me to understand what was needed to get it done right. I really appreciated Michelle's responsive communication and was pleased with the fair pricing. The project came out exactly as I wanted, and I'm excited to allow my indoor-outdoor cats to safely come and go through the window. I would absolutely choose PFM Glass again for future projects.
