        Absolutely do not go there. It is extremely dysfunctional. Staff has no idea what they are doing in any aspect (clerical, billing and/or patient care). Complete waste of time going there. Im glad I took time off of work for nothing to be accomplished due to lack of communication in the office. This is exactly why many of their doctors have left the practice. Pure incompetence.

        Very deceptive dental office. Messages don't get passed on to the doctor and no call backs. Ignored numerous voice messages. Was disingenuous about cost of procedure and won't return calls or messages about it.

        The front desk staff is absolutely amazing and I love this facility so much but unfortunately I'm not thrilled about a few things. My children and I come to this practice all of the time, and we have never had an issue. There's a doctor that we find to be very unsanitary. I just hope you guys keep in mind that Corona, and other viruses can be easily spread from person to person and I didn't like that this doctor was sick and the mask wasn't covering their face the whole time. I'd also suggest that the doctor is more gentle, and friendly. I don't have anything else to say, I give this office 5 stars due to the fact it's not their fault of one doctor's negligence. Besides my concerns, the office is very cleaned, and the staff is super friendly. They are always willing to help, as they care a lot about their patients and I usually never have an issue here.
