I called Bio Helpers because of the Bio Hazard in one of my rental properties. I talked to Steve at Bio Helpers. I had some questions and Steve answered every one of them. He also gave me some information I would have never thought to ask. I called some other companies but they didn't seem as professional as Steve. I felt comfortable with Steve and the Company he represented. So I hired Steve and BioHelpers. You should too.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of meeting and working with Steve at BioHelpers. We were recently placed in a situation in which we had no idea how to proceed or what to expect. BioHelpers was the first and only call we needed to make. Steve came to the property within an hour to give an estimate and he made us feel so comfortable that there was no need to look any further. BioHelpers addressed the sensitive situation with the highest degree of professionalism. Communication concerning the project was excellent and the project was carried out to a very high standard. We were impressed by Steves perseverance and by his ability to stay so positive during the extensive project, going above and beyond our expectations. I cannot thank BioHelpers enough for their incredible service in helping us after a break-in and assault at our business here in Moorestown. The experience was traumatic and difficult, and the cleanup process was overwhelming to say the least. Thankfully, BioHelpers was able to help us through the entire process, from start to finish. The team was prompt, professional, and empathetic to our situation. They were quick to arrive on the scene, and carefully assessed the damage to create a plan for the cleanup process. What a wonderful company! Steve was terrific and went out of his way to assist us in a medical cleanup. I contacted him from my home in another state to help my brother in NJ-he was prompt, courteous, professional, fast, and he and his crew did a great job! He even fed the cat, going above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them to anyone! His communication with me was top notch!

I recently had a biohazard emergency (and cleanup needed) in my home near Philadelphia and called BioHelpers for help who came recommended to me through my workplace who've used them before for larger warehouse job. Their team - especially the main guy Steve arrived promptly, assessed the situation, and provided a thorough cleanup plan. They handled the situation with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. They took great care to ensure that all hazardous materials were properly contained and disposed of. They also communicated with me throughout the process, answering all of my questions and giving me some advice on how to avoid any lingering issues or recontamination. They really earned my review and I appreciate the quick help.
