Sahar was amazing from the beginning of our journey. She knew exactly what I was looking for and she was relentless in helping find EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!! Not what would make her the most money. She knew I was selling my building in Brooklyn and doing a 1031. She let sellers know where I was and she negotiated with them everything I needed. Then when we did finally find what i wanted she helped me maneuver in finding lawyers and inspectors that were also amazing! She kept in touch throughout the whole process until we were closed. She still is helping me learn everything about the rules in New Jersey and staying in touch to make sure I get the current market rents here as I am new to this market coming from another state. I would definitely recommend her for any business owner or residential investor. She knows her stuff and she is a shark!! SHE WILL GET WHAT YOU WANT IN THE END!!
