From the minute you walk through the doors, you know you are somewhere very special. With the very first conversation, you also are made to feel as if you are family. The proprietor, Jay is not only delightful to talk to, but is also superior in his craft. Everything in his store is of the highest quality and there is not a single detail that goes unchecked. My husband needed an incredibly valuable, both monetarily and sentimentally, watch serviced. The intricacy needed to perform this function is mind blowing, yet Jay returned the watch in the best condition it had ever been in. This was not an easy task! I needed my wedding band resized. I felt absolutely comfortable leaving both my wedding band and engagement ring in his hands. Not only did he fit me perfectly, but when I put them on, they were absolutely dazzling; as if they were brand new. Again, attention to detail and superior customer service is what you will get when you walk through the doors of Ashford and Grace. Why go anywhere else?

Brought my husband's ancient Scorpio gold ring in for repair. The ring had actually split . Jay was upfront about repair cost and the ring was ready on time and LOOKS BRAND SPANKING NEW! Highly recommended
