No heat. Steaks and fries got cold. Way too many onions and asked to be well done to burnt. Barely sauted at best. Steak meat was okay, but had better. Other person I was with had partially burnt roll. Fries were very salty. Young girl who took order was very nice.

Atmosphere: decent enough for what they are. What they are is a place to order and take it home I think. With only 3 2-seat tables, they're not meant to be an eat in place. Service: again, decent enough but not really customer oriented. Our order was taken, we sat down and were then brought our food bagged up and in to go containers. Had to ask for forks for the fries. That could be chalked up to the expectation that all orders are assumed to be take out though and there's nothing wrong with that except they should've asked if we were eating there. Food: the ribeye steaks are good and what a cheese steak should be. If I got a plain cheese steak with that being my only expectation, I think I would've been happy with it. I got the Philly dill (or whatever it is named). What I imagined was a cheese steak with chopped up pickles incorporated when the steak was ready to bun and whiz mixed thoroughly through. What I got was a cheese steak with a drizzle of whiz and 6 pickle slices on top. That's fine and all if that's what they're going for, but each bite was different which didn't work for me. One would be just steak and cheese, one steak with pickle and cheese, one just steak, and so on.

Hello Kyle,We knew we would ruffle some feathers making that claim. Cheesesteaks are one of those polarizing things where not everyone is going to agree on their favorite. We have lots of repeat customers who love our food. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy your experience. I also did want to mention that our cheesesteaks are $12 when you order for pick up or dine in. You can verify that price on our website. If you ordered from DoorDash or GrubHub for delivery, unfortunately our prices have to be higher to offset the high cost of partnering with those companies. We choose to partner with them to offer the convenience of delivery to our customers.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to review our establishment. We usually give our customers a no more than 10 minute wait when they call to place the order and for this reason- Sometimes, if the order has been sitting for a long time the food will start to cool. We choose to use fiber paper containers for our takeout business because it prevents water condensation from forming that would make the rolls soggy. The caveat for this is that if the orders sit too long before they’re eaten, heat escapes faster than a traditional styrofoam container. Más far as the salty fries and overly toasted roll, I will communicate this to my staff. I appreciate the feedback. Thank you.
