My husband and I were returning to Collingswood after being gone for almost 20 years. We knew we wanted a local realtor to help us find our way home. I reached out to my former yoga teacher who had recently returned to the area. She recommended Silvia. Silvia was the best mixture of fun and professional. She's well connected and knows all the goings on in town. She's also super patient, which is important because I stalk listings and ask tons of questions. Silvia's thoughtful and made us feel more like friends than clients. If you're looking to move to the area, don't give it a second thought. Silvia's the best. Highly recommended.
