The Colleen Hadden Group

They haven't yet invented an adjective or superlative to accurately describe Colleen and her group. I was in the difficult position of selling my sister's house in Haddonfield when she became ill and had to move into my home in Pittsburgh, PA. You can only imagine the challenges involved with this scenario. We were so lucky to have found Colleen because she stepped up and handled so many things that would have been my responsibility had we used an average realtor. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention that she found a wonderful family to buy the home during the exclusive period so the house never actually went on the open market. Five stars aren't enough for this review!

Colleen is truly amazing! We are so fortunate to have found her as our realtor. She is the real deal! Colleen gets to know you as a person and as a family. She always has her clients interest at the forefront of her thoughts and makes you feel like a part of her family. Selling: Colleen helped us get our home ready to list on the market in less than two weeks. She knows what she is doing! We sold for $107k over our asking price after one weekend of showings! Buying: It was not a buyers market, there was barely any inventory and lots of people bidding on each house. Colleen always made us feel like we were putting our best foot forward in whatever offer we put on the table. She never made us feel like the process was transactional, she made it very personnel and, she reminded us that there are real people on the other side of the deal too.
