        I drove over 40 minutes on Sunday to get a dozen of glazed donuts. When I arrived I was informed they dont have anymore. I asked how long would it take to make new ones, I was informed the machine was down and no more donuts would be made. I had a certificate and then asked if I can get a dozen donuts of a different kind since this Krispy Kreme is not close to my home and Im unable to use the certificate at the grocery store. The worker informed no and that I would have to come back tomorrow. Terrible service!

        Hot Now light is listed as on from 7-9, arrived at 7:30. No hot doughnuts, and when I asked when they would be hot, I was told "I don't know". Drove 20 minutes to get here for old doughnuts, if I were to be willing to come back, I'd call first to see if they are, indeed Hot Now, because otherwise Dunkin will do.
