I just want to say my therapist Becky was great. The reason for two stars is the owner Lindsey. I made an honest mistake and missed an appointment at which point I was charged five times my copay. I understood the policy and I accepted the consequences. My problem is the owner being passive aggressive txting reminding me of the cancellation policy how I would be removed from the schedule. I said feel free to remove me She then called left a message saying that she would give me a different therapist if its not working. My therapist was great Lindsey was the problem.

A wonderful practice with extremely thoughtful and educated counselors! The owner Lindsay is incredibly kind and they make sure to pair you with the best counselor for who you are and what you need. They are very responsive and professional; you can tell they really care about what they do! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to improve their mental health, work through trauma, or even just begin talking to someone!

Do NOT use this practice! The management is nonexistent and they providers follow suit. There is zero provider accountability and same goes for the so called management. It scares me to think about what someone without training in this area is subjected to by these people. I happen to have training to navigate this web of nonsense that is Inner Purpose. My heart breaks for people who are continuing be gaslit by these people. I was passed off to multiple people work no consideration. Multiple counselors canceled midnight to 4am the night before and just transferred me with no explanation. This practice will be horrificly detrimental to your mental health goals and they do not care about the impact that they have on you. All Inner Purpose cares about is themselves and I don't wish anyone to go through what I did at their hands. Zero accountability. Zero compassion. Please save yourself the trouble, this place is horrid.
