Monday 3/25 brought tire in for repair, driving on donut. Off Mgr Matt was disrespectful. Picked up my new tire, quoted 220$ Wed am 260$ Am came to Beacom Mechanical. It on lift getting repaired CUSTOMER SERVICE!

DTR is the best shop in Bergen! Were getting all of our cars fixed and maintained there even had some towing done by them. They provide great rates, the work is done to perfection and the customer service is helpful and informative! Liza is the best youll find and the mechanics are professional and rapid! On Monday you came into have your tire plugged. We were unable to plug the tire due to the condition of it and you required a new tire to get back on the road safely . We advised you we needed to order a tire which takes time. We are also a smaller shop and we do not keep massive amounts of tires in stock. The cost of the tire was $220 and the additional fees where disposal fees, etc. There was clearly a miscommunication between you and the office manager, we apologize for this. We appreciate that Beacom Mechanical was able to mount the tire on to your vehicle based on your time constraints. Thank you again for your business.
