I had a pipe I have a slow drip in my basement and needed somebody to come and fix it. The good news is that they were able to show up on the same day just a few hours after I called. The bad news is these guys are not trustworthy. He first quoted me around $500 to fix it and then he said that there was water getting into the air ducts and he had to tape up the air ducts in order to prevent water from dripping out. I asked how water was getting in there and he said he had no idea. I asked him why he would tape and lock water to keep it inside of the air duct when that could become a long-term problem. Long story short, he charged me an additional $600 and I know it was a complete scam. I had another Take a second look and they said there's absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace or the air duct and it was A little bit of water that leaked out when he fixed the pipe. But I know, for a fact, he manufactured a story in order to double the rate. I highly suggest you use any other company besides these guys. They're scumbags and scam artists and cannot be trusted. Beware.

Called Tom last minute to replace a broken toilet. He sent his plumber Ralph out to swap out toilet after hours. The job was Clean, and Ralph was a professional. Would highly recommend if you need a plumber in the area. Service: Toilet installation

Matt was very knowledgeable and efficient in regard to fixing my clogged drain. He knew exactly what needed to be done! This was my first experience with Benjamin Franklin and I wont hesitate to use them again!
