Amara Dental of North Hunterdon

At first, I was excited because Amara because they accepted all insurance types and they had a late night. Tuesdays. I scheduled online, as the practice gives that option. I received an email about my appointment date and time. I left work early, I got to my appointment on time, just to be told that the screen was frozen and the receptionist couldnt view my appointment, so therefore, I didnt have one. Clearly distraught from this, I asked for accommodation, considering everything Ive mentioned above. I was left with our next Tuesday at 6pm isnt until the end of March. That was incredibly disappointing to hear as Ive had this appointment scheduled (or so I thought) for 2 weeks now. Theyre not as accommodating as the website may make them seem and if you go to your appointment and they cannot view it, they cancel it and honestly didnt care about my concerns. Very disappointing. I will absolutely not be rescheduling. Im pretty disgusted by the way the entire situation played out. Hopefully this is helpful for other people looking to schedule after hour appointments with ease, because that was absolutely not my experience.

Excellent, knowledgeable, gentle and caring dentists and staff. Every step of the process had me feeling relaxed and in good hands. Been going to this office for almost 30 years. Would not go anywhere else.

Excellent work! Everyone was friendly. The dentist was gentle and took his time and did a great job.
