Casey was great to deal with. Had heated seats installed and they work great. So thank you Casey and whoever did the seats!

I have been coming here with my 2021 RAV4 for probably about 2 years. I deal with only Kellie or Norm for my service Advisors. The service manager, Karl, is a great manager!

I love the folks in the parts department, 5 stars. The service department I have several issues with. My wife has a 2019 RAV4 hybrid with an extended service contract she purchased with the car. She brings the car to this dealership for all required maintenance per the maintenance schedule. She had a slow leak in the rear tire she called the dealership to have the tire looked at. They repaired the tire and mentioned to her that she was due for an oil change and throttle body cleaning. She had the work done and I drove her to pick up the car. I look at the invoice and I saw they charged for the oil change and I told her that the throttle body cleaning is not an item on the maintenance schedule and is not needed on a car with only 25,000 miles. Then I go check the oil to see if it was filled correctly. The service department has overfilled the car in the past and they overfilled it again. The service manager came out and brought the car in to correct the overfill, I left and my wife waited for the car. It turns out they told her that it was only a few ounces over and was nothing to worry about. I told her to call up the dealership and tell them they needed to fill the oil to manufacture's recommended levels. The last overfill was at least 0.5 quarts over the maximum. The dealership removed oil to resolve the overfill. My wife also brought up the issue with being charged for maintenance that was covered by the service agreement and being charged for service not listed the maintenance schedule, the throttle body cleaning. The manager refunded her those charges, kudos to him. So today my wife tells me that the tire inflation light is lit again. I checked the tire that the dealership repaired, it was not low. But it was filled to 40 PSI, 7 PSI over the recommended pressure listed in the door pillar in the car. In fact 2 other tires were filled to 40 PSI. The warning light was on due to the driver side front tire being under inflated. If the warning light never came on I'd have no reason to check the tires. Filling the car with oil and inflating tires with air are pretty basic maintenance functions. This dealership failed at both tasks in my opinion. You'd think after confirming that a car was overfilled with oil the first time you'd have a discussion with people performing that task and let them know to check the car after filling. This particular error has occurred multiple times on our car. Toyotas are a great cars, but only if they are maintained per the manufacture's specifications. I suggest to all that they check the work that was performed on their cars to best of their ability or have a knowledgeable friend look it over. The service department manager resolved the issue at hand but it doesn't seem like the people performing the work are learning from problem and taking preventive measures. Not that hard to do.
