Passaic Valley Water Commission

Horrible service. Employees dont respond to emails or phone calls. So I went down there to talk to the person that I was emailing and when I got there they told me that the only way to communicate her is with email so I said she never responds to the email I had to stay there. She finally came down. I thought we cleared the air, and now once again its been over a week and Ive emailed her three times last week and she still doesnt respond to my emails. What is so complicated?

There no rules or regulations for PVWC. The billing is, and always has been, horrendous with no improvement in sight. Mailed payments get lost. Online payments are misdirected. Customer service by phone can never help . Then they have the audacity to charge late fees and interest fees due to their own incompetence! They rob customers left and right with no regulatory agency controlling them. How can such a large company get away with this.

Worse customer service bill comes in late every time and I keep getting a late fee. Call to speak with a customer service people, and they give you attitude and zero help!. I received a notice from 1/8 on 1/20 . They just care about charging the extra money instead of doing your job correctly.

This is America sadly most landlords don't protect tenants against bad leaks in their homes/ basements. I think every tenant should pay their own water bills directly to the water commission located in Clifton Thanks

Worst billing system and scamming people by not letting them notify about minimum payment or interest charges. They are so corrupt and customer service doesn't want to explain or break down payment on your statement.
