        I do not recommend! She made a mess of our papers - she settled our accounts incorrectly and we received a penalty from the IRS!!! Give a wide berth!! And do NOT recommend! She made a mess of our papers -we received a penalty from the IRS!!!

        I got my tax done twice at this location and Im never going back. The second time I went to do my tax she raised the price on me. I find the accountant not friendly never cracks a smile and never gives any eye contact when you speak to her. She does not make me feel welcome. She speaks very low you cant hear her speak and barely responds when I ask her questions. After I asked her a legitimate question that any customer would ask she was rude by giving me a sarcastic answer. I wind up taking my papers back and I walked out, she showed no care and gave no apology for her rudeness. She has very bad communication skills and not professional.

        Quick and accurate service. I've returned to Poltax for the 4th year and wouldn't trust anyone else doing my taxes (not even myself). Highly recommend.
