Incredibly inept and rude. They messed up both my 2021 and 2022 income tax returns. They declared only the 1st page of 2 pages of rental income that I gave them. Then they reported the incorrect property tax for 2022 (8k lower than the previous year which should have been a red flag for them). When I asked them to correct the returns, they called me back demanding that I provide them the right property tax value. I told them to look it up in the documents that I gave them and figure it out and they said that they will look into it but they cant fix it if they dont have a correct figure. I tell them that I hired them to get the right figure from the tax documents that weve received from the city. And I point out that if they didnt have the right documents, how could they come up with the property tax that was declared on our return. In the midst of my explanation, HE HUNG UP ON ME. Then my husband called back and he did not even apologize.
