        EXTREMELY RUDE and INCOMPETENT. I recently pleace two orders online for in store and curbside pick up. When I went in store to my order was NOT in the order PICK UP Area, and could not be found. With the curbside order, I entered into the Michaels app that I was at the store, and give my parking space number. After a 15 minute wait i had not received my order. I reconfirmed that I was at the store, vie the Michaels app, and waited and the order was not brought out. I called the store and was told by a cashier that they were short staffed, and WOULD NOT bring the order out. I asked to speak to the store manager, and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. The manager NEVER answered the phone.
