      image The Ups service in NYC is completely in decline, they are no longer as efficient as before, the workers do not like to leave the packages in the buildings but leave them at the nearest store, the deliverers invent that the address is incomplete. You call customer service and get an answering machine, which does not resolve anything and ends the call, (you have the worst customer service over the phone) it does not allow you to speak with a representative. Before it was the best delivery company, now they are useless, wherever I am I am going to give them bad stars.

      Good afternoon,UPS and my UPS Store franchise are different companies. I'm also located in Clifton NJ, not NYC. You are not hurting UPS at all by leaving my independently owned franchise a 1 star. I have nothing to do with any UPS related issues, and damaging the reputation of my store without cause isn't fair or accurate.If you want to file a complaint, I recommend you actually reach out to the correct company of UPS at 1-800-742-5877 & say "Complaint" to reach their complaint department.I would politely ask you to remove your negative review from my franchise, as we have nothing to do with your issues with UPS...a different company.Best regards,Daniel PfeifferManager
