they deserve 0 stars, especially guy in the front desk with his morning attitude. Made my appointment a week in advance, and I explained that I couldn't leave my car for a full day. I was told to come in the morning on the day when alligment mechanic works. Showing up there, I was told they don't know what time my car will be done, I have to leave the car for a day because the mechanic is "at the doctor office". When I asked why no one had called me, the guy at the front desk told me they didn't even have my number, and with nasty attitude told me he can't help me at all and walked away. Don't waste your time and energy on this unprofessional place!!!

Received poor service after comparing prices with another tire shop. Was told to leave and not to come back after service was completed. I was a regular customer as I am a comercial driver with frequent tire problems. This is a poor way to do business and will not be returning.

My friend installed rotors. He paid a lot and they just went bad with only 20,000 miles. Talked to someone who worked there and they wouldnt help. Dont go there they lie and do not use quality products. The products they put in are cheap and they dont last.

The mechanic is very unfriendly. The bolts on the wheel were not tightened properly. After I drove away from it, I manually tightened these nuts. I dont know how this would have ended if I hadnt paid attention to it.
