    Beware of this company. There was a traffic incident between my vehicle, parked, and one of thier larger limos. There is matching evidence, photos, etc. and one of thier representatives acknowledged the incident and sent me to THIER OWN body shop to have the damage repaired. Once the estimate from thier shop was produced, RP limos and transport refused to pay for the damage. I am pursuing legal action now.

    Working with RP Limos was the worst experience of any travel or event arrangement I have ever made.  It went beyond complications of them recording the wrong time, providing the wrong vehicle and overcharging.  Please look up the report that NBC ran on this company in an effort to expose the many clients they took advantage of (including me).  It aired on October 12, 2014 at around 6:15.  They also did a follow up story.  Truly I very upsetting experience that ruined my inlay's 50th wedding anniversary.archive.org/details/WCAU…

    My fiance and I were looking for a limo for our wedding on May 31, 2014. RP Limo offered us three hours for $333 as a special deal so we booked it on my debit card. I looked at my bank statement a few days later and realized they had charged me $583.60. I called them and the woman said the man who gave us that $333 deal "no longer works there" and there is no way she would honor that discount. I reminded her that I never authorized a charge of $583.60 and that I wanted a full refund and to cancel my reservation. She said she would cancel my reservation but I was not getting any type of refund. Obviously I got upset and she told me she wouldn't be yelled at by a "little girl" and hung up on me. My fiancé called and she told him that if either of us call her again she was cancelling the reservation, keeping the money, and not showing up on our wedding day. We did not want our wedding day to be ruined so we did not call again and the limo showed up on time on our wedding day.I checked my bank account yesterday and saw that they had charged my debit card $883.60 on 7/21. This is almost TWO MONTHS after my wedding. My husband called and the same woman who we dealt with last time said she only does bookkeeping and billing "might" be in tomorrow if we wanted to speak with them. My husband told her that it was an emergency and she said that billing has a different schedule every week so she doesn't know when they will be in. I contacted my bank and am filing a dispute for this unauthorized charge. I am also contacting the BBB and NJ Department of Consumer Affairs.
