I can't say enough positive things about Arceri, and specifically Antuaneth. As a new business owner starting out in a tough industry, we had so much to learn about acquiring insurance. Antuaneth not only helped us get the insurance we needed, she did it quickly and persistently, while keeping us up to date every step of the way. She is a true star! We really felt that she and Arceri were in our corner - and were/are grateful for their services!

My husband and I shipped some vehicles from MA to CA. During the trip one of the cars was damaged and the towing company refused to pay for the damages. We contacted their insurance company which was Arceri to file a claim and they told us theres nothing they can do to help us. They started talking about how their client sent pictures of a red car that shows theres no damage and how this was already dealt with the first time we filed a claim. So we sent them pictures of the car that was damaged because it was never a red car we were talking about and there was never a first claim this was the first time we contacted them. They still said theres still nothing that they can do. We have pictures of the car before and after and it was clearly damaged. Angelica and Antuaneth did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation even though we have proof that their client sent them the wrong information. They wouldnt even hear us out. This is a sketchy insurance company and you should never do any business with them.
