Uninformed workers. When they came over, they said that they didnt work on Range hoods of the brand that I have. But they still charge me $100. I have to go and hire somebody else who can actually do the job. Thanks a lot.

Adam and his team were great. Super helpful and friendly. Adam fixed our smart thermostat for us and his team fixed our water heater for us. We had a minor issue with the water heater shortly after it was installed and the team was out here the same day that we do flagged the issue. It turned out to be nothing after all, but the promptness was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to family, friends and use Master Group again!

Awful. They quoted &450 for a simple easy job that should be $100. When I declined they charged me 100 even though their website clearly stated free estimates. When I asked they said it was a diagnostic not an estimate. All the technician did was turned the shower on and off. And then he asked me to give him a review. I wish someone posted an honest review before I contacted the company. Doing it for others now
