        Bad attention to the costumer!

        Very bad customer service. Incompetent and rude staff. I have been in construction for 16 years and I had never had problems with locks until I got a defective one and tried to return it but they told me that I had damaged it, maybe someone else had already returned it but they simply blamed me. Like those people who have been in a desk chair their entire lives feel like they know more than you. I will never return here, they are not the only sellers in the area.
