        got a furniture from this place after it was delivered al it was all damaged, wrong color uncomfortable, couches to sit on it,, the bed room set was a disaster with a wrong size frame with all broken pieces and the paint was coming out ,the cabinets doors wasn't opening, The carpenter had to come and make some changes, for the Mattes to fit on it now I'm trying to return those furnitures, I'm having a hard time to do so, the owner keep lying about the return he is not excepting my returns, I'm so frustrated all the way, I don't recommend this place to anyone, bad experience, . The owner responded with all lies , I want my money back I dont want all this damage unusful furniture in my house , so frustrating to get to the bottom of this , so sad how is this places still do business!!!

        New to the area and I purchased a bed from the owner and hes been so helpful and accommodating same day delivery . I will be coming back to his business and purchasing once I get a bigger place ! Strongly strongly recommend coming here. 5 star and very nice people will be telling my friends to purchase from here for their new home,

      Our business at Furniture Signature is reliable and the best in town, we are on the right track! Looking at you review, you are not true and pictures provided are not from our store. In November 2022 you purchased 5 bedrooms, 2 dining rooms and two living rooms and all were special orders from overseas. Six month after delivery, you requested us to return everything except one of the living room and that you want to pick up different styles from our store. We went above and beyond to satisfy you and we picked up all of your orders and refunded you for everything. You came and ordered another 5 bedrooms from Homey Design in California. We delivered and you were satisfied. One year later, you contacted us to pick up the living room and that you are not happy with it, we refunded you in full for the living room but you refused to have the delivery people pick it up.
