I came along Aspen Dental through circumstance. Its because I don't really go to the Dentist, I see my teeth as pretty little Greek statues that need an occasional dusting from time to time. As a guy pushing his late 30s this seemed to get me by. Then to my remorse, my face suddenly swelled up one day & I was forced to google an emergency dentist.
I remember spending all day suffering. So as soon as I got off work, I of course got my first speeding ticket in 10 years, even as my face continued to swell & morph me into Sloth from the Goonies. I was visibly in pain but the officer had no remorse. Neither did the dentist in Livingston, who decided to take advantage of the situation. The man basically held me upside down & shook out all my loose change.
So I've learned that yes, you do indeed need to see a dentist for cleanings/checkups or you'll end up a looking like a toothless degenerate. So far, I still have a majority of my teeth so I can safely say I dont hit both of those check marks. Even so, if the next Great Depression hits, Im doing whatever it takes to keep these statues picturesque. The one thing Ill never do is put myself in that situation again though as that original dentist made me empty my piggy bank.
Regardless, years later I walked into Aspen Dental & everything was new. I was truly impressed. From the storefront sign, to the clean stylized interior complete with smart/clever slogans, the office was nothing Id experienced before. Ive met courteous dental personal before, but the receptionist right off the bat was a delight to talk to. The entire atmosphere was refreshing.
You cant judge a book by its cover though. But hold your horses, it doesn't stop there. I was in one room after another. Each proceeded to dazzle me with the gadgets & gizmos they offered. It was like each room was trying to one up the other. I had a full xray done, radar, hell I think they may have even installed me with 5G. No idea, but my phone worked great in there.
The male assistant who took my X-rays was courteous and cool. It was a pleasure rather than a chore to get those dental xray trays put in. He assured me it would be quick and did a great job as we talked about football.
Im kind of at an impasse with how I feel about their state of the art tvs and 3D imaging. On the one hand, its insane. Ive never seen such wonderful tech. On the other, Ive never seen how gross the inside of my mouth truly was. My reluctance to go to the dentist was put to the test as I was showed before & after images of what I should expect from my visits. This made me eager to play catch up & see what the world of dentistry could do for me.
It was time for my Amex to get to work. I was excited to get started so I signed up for the Caesars Palace Penthouse delux suite. Give me the ultraviolet whitener, drill away, & yea, Ill take the MotoClean aligner. It was time to fix my run away incisor before I poked someone while walking down the street. I signed up for everything they offered because they carefully explained it all in detail. They were all genuinely professional. It was time to go to town on my little statues.
Aspen Dental. AD... Always Delightful? I certainly think so! Every single person there was a delight to speak to & amazingly courteous. If you're at all like me, you dread letting someone look into your mouth. Heck, my fiance refuses to let me kiss her in the morning unless I drink the glass of bleach she preps with my morning coffee. At Aspen you can just relax & feel completely at ease.
Dr. Garcia is perhaps the only dentist Ive seen who was as informative as she was talented. I was told I might feel some discomfort at times but I ended up asking her if she even started. I felt no pain, whether it was through the cleaning or the actual fillings. Her expertise is clearly evident & I encourage all my friends & colleagues to pay her practice a visit.
This office is definitely the coolest, and its probably one of the reasons I chose to get my teeth aligned with their program. Means i get to keep coming back!

the individuals that worked on me were the most professional and reassuring individuals. they made me feel at ease as i was extremely nervous. i would recommend this office to everyone. from the person who did the xrays, the hygienist, the dentist and everyone else. a big thank you for being so caring!!

Talk about an amazing experience from very start! Everyone was friendly, warm and made me feel comfortable! Tamara at the front is a hoot- with her cute voice! She made me laugh from the moment I walked in and gave me hugs- that made my day! Danni (Sp?) was also wonderful and thorough! Jocelyn and Viviana made my exam tolerable. Their cheery demeanor and gentleness made for the best experience one could hope for going to the dentist!
Dr. Garcia is equally as friendly, gentle and has a great bedside manner.
I am looking forward to getting my treatment here! Top notch experience. Highly recommend!
