I recently had the privilege of participating in the implant course offered in the NJ area, and I must say it was an exceptional learning experience. This course stands out as the finest in its class, providing a comprehensive understanding of implant dentistry through a combination of in-depth theoretical teachings and extensive hands-on practice. If you're looking to expand your skills and gain valuable experience, I highly recommend this course! Under the guidance of Dr. Shulman, a highly skilled and passionate instructor, I not only acquired a solid foundation in implant dentistry but also had the opportunity to place and assist in more than 10 real-life implant cases. This hands-on approach, coupled with Dr. Shulman's constant support and guidance, allowed me to develop my skills and confidence in a nurturing environment. I had an AMAZING experience going into this course. Before entering the ADIS implant seminar I had no experience placing implants and my knowledge was superficial. After part 1 of the course I gained enough confidence and had more direction as to what I wanted to achieve. Part 2 of the course which took place a few weeks after, I noticed an increase in my level of confidence and the information and practical guidance was solidified. Dr Shulman has a tremendous amount of knowledge and is surrounded by a strong team of specialists who each added significant value and perspective to the education. This is an immersive experience with a diverse number of cases where the assosting is as important as implant placment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! The team is also available after the course virtually for any assistance during your implant journey.

It is difficult to find the words to express my gratitude for being a part of this amazing journey. Dr. Mike Shulman is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely approachable. The visiting faculty also offered invaluable input. During the course, we would receive constructive criticism that encouraged conversation and critical thinking. We were constantly encouraged to work together and help each other. Not many courses offer hands on experience, but the experience of working on live patients is something that cannot be taught in words alone. The encouragement from all faculty has given me the confidence to be not only a successful dentist but also as an implantologist. The importance of treament planning and always being prepared was certainly not lost on me. I have a whole new perspective on how I view and manage my cases since I took this course. I cannot wait to take another course with this group, and I would encourage anyone else interested in dental implants to take this course without question. The support does not end when the course ends. This course allowed all of us to be part of a network of dentists placing implants for life. It was fate. Mexico had a travel advisory so I seeked out a local live patient course. I'm glad I did. The ADIS course is built on the legacy of the pioneers of implant dentistry - Leonard Linkow, Sheldon Winkler, Carl Misch and others. By the end of the course you hear so many stories about them that it feels like they are in the room with you. The faculty is humble, highly knowledgeable and genuinely interested in your progress. The variety of faculty is the best part. 2 general dentists with different approaches, 1 oral surgeon focused on the medical aspects of implant dentistry, 1 prosthodontist who supports all of his suggestions with a wide variety of data. The patient pool is excellent and practicing in a fully equipped private office with expert level assistants and world class technology (cbct, co2 laser, prp/prf) makes the experience deeply valuable. If you have a good fundamental didactic background of implants and are ready to begin the clinical training I would strongly recommend this course. Unlike commercial courses which only teach one type of implant and surgical kit, this course encourages critical thinking and by the end, you begin to see that the fundamentals of implant placement are the same regardless of the implant company. It all comes down to having a respect for the biology of bone and proper treatment planning. Thank you for a memorable experience.
