I recently had a terrible experience at this location. Not only was the customer service extremely poor, but the staff was also incredibly rude. Natalie at the counter was particularly unhelpful and had a very dismissive attitude. When I tried to address a pricing error that was clearly on their side, she was not only unapologetic but also extremely confrontational. To make matters worse, even the store manager was unwilling to assist or resolve the issue, showing a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed by the lack of care and consideration for customers. I will definitely not be returning to this store and would advise others to be cautious when dealing with their unhelpful and disrespectful staff.

I made an order online to use my rewards that Michael offers as their cash back. My order was ready very quickly. When picking up, there is no reason to stand on a line to retrieve it. It is a help yourself type of process. I like Michaels so much I still walk around the store.

Stores are so much smaller now. Very small collection of paper punches I had to go to two stores to get the one I wanted. Forced self-checkout was making the customers very annoyed
